Latinas Hired through Latinas in Tech

Objective:
At Latinas in Tech, I partnered with an internal recruiter to create targeted social media and blog content focused on job search strategies and career development for our community. We hosted recruiting office hours to highlight the benefits of Latinas in Tech and provided valuable resources for job seekers.
Our campaign showcased success stories of women who secured tech roles through Latinas in Tech events, networks, and resources, amplifying these achievements across social media using the hashtag #LiTSuccessStory.
This initiative not only empowered women but also strengthened the community’s trust in LiT as a valuable resource for career growth.
